The Ahsan Khan and Neelam Muneer starrer Chupan Chupai emerged as the much needed entertainer the year wanted to close on. Not only did the film went on to receive great reviews, it has performed amazingly well on its opening weekend, trumping its competition i.e. Arth and Rangreza in their total collections.
According to Box Office Details, Chupan Chupai has managed to collect 1.43cr over the weekend, an amazing opening, something which Rangreza and Arth fell short on despite huge promotional activities. Chupan Chupai resorted to minimal marketing and promotions while focusing on deliverance of better content and solid entertainment for the masses.

From the looks of it, Chupan Chupai will easily pass the bloody Monday test with flying colors. However, the Hareem Farooq/Ali Rehman Khan starrer Parchi opens this week on 5th January, after which it is expected Chupan Chupai will be in for some tough competition.
